Individual Clinical Programmes

For children who have completed INPP reflex integration, personalised RGM sessions provide an ideal next step in neurological development. Each one-to-one session is tailored to the child's specific needs and builds upon the foundation established through reflex integration work.

If you are already a client and interested in adding RGM into your programme, please be in touch.

Weekly Group Sessions

Children's Groups

The fun, engaging children's groups welcome both neurotypical children and those with specific challenges including:

  • Learning difficulties

  • Attention challenges

  • Coordination issues

  • Sensory processing differences

Age-specific groups can be offered according to demand (once enough children register in each age group, the group can be offered and you will be contacted for the day/time it will be offered):

Primary School Aged Group (Ages 7-11)

A fun, engaging introduction to RGM designed specifically for primary school-aged children. This mixed-ability group focuses on developing coordination, concentration, and confidence through rhythm and movement activities.

Youth Group (Ages 12-16)

Tailored for secondary school students, this mixed-ability group addresses the unique neurological development needs of adolescents while building cognitive skills that support academic performance and emotional regulation.

Adult Groups

Adult groups benefit a range of participants, including those experiencing:

  • Post-COVID "brain fog"

  • Age-related cognitive changes

  • Recovery from stroke or brain injury

  • Post-menopausal cognitive changes

  • Post-pregnancy "baby brain"-Specific Groups Availabl

 

Adult Group (Ages 17+)

The general adult group welcomes participants of all abilities, focusing on enhancing brain function, coordination, and cognitive performance in a supportive, social environment.

Special Interest Groups:  
The following groups give an idea of the kind of groups that can be offered. By registering your interest, you will go on the waiting list.  These groups will be offered once enough people have registered their specific interest.

Women's Group

This group is for women interested in promoting brain health and maintaining mental sharpness.   This may mean that they have experienced some cognitive frustration with hormonal changes, post-pregnancy cognitive effects, or peri-/post- menopausal brain fog, but can also be purely for brain health and prevention of cognitive decline.  This group is a supportive and enjoyable women-only environment 

Neurological Rehabilitation Group

Specially designed for adults recovering from stroke, living with Parkinson's disease, or rehabilitating from brain injury. This group adapts RGM techniques to address specific neurological challenges while building community among those with similar experiences.

Community Led

Map & Compass Therapy is committed to serving the unique needs of the community. For specific group needs not currently listed, please get in touch. Bespoke RGM programmes can be developed based on community interest for particular needs, conditions, or demographics.

Partnerships

Map & Compass Therapy works with local schools, care homes, and rehabilitation centres to bring RGM to their communities.

Pricing:

Currently, the group size is between 6-8 people at the premises of Map & Compass, and is subscribed to in a block of 8-week sessions at £15 per session.  

For larger groups in other venues, the pricing will vary and details will be given prior to confirming booking. 

For individuals or multiple family members attending together at the same appointment, the cost is £80 for an in-person session, which will be followed-up with monthly sessions and home practice.
